If you are interested in Korean food or instant noodles,

The Korean word 'bibim' means 'mix' and 'myeon' means noodle. So, one of the famous Korean food, 'Bibimbap', is also mixed with rice.

There are many kinds of Korean Bibim noodles. Because it is only a noodle mixed with the source.

You can mix different kinds of noodles and only 'special sauces'.

Foreign friends (except Koreans) around me wonder about the recipes for the unusual sauce of Bibimyeon.

So in this post, I decided to reveal the secret of the special recipe of bibimyeon!

There are a lot of ingredients that are difficult to obtain when studying abroad.

I am glad there are many Chinese students in my area, so there are several Asian and Chinese markets.

In this case, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds were available.

The rest of the ingredients (sugar, apple juice, vinegar, garlic) will be easier to find.

recipe

1. When the water boils, add spaghetti to the pot and simmer for 8 minutes.

2. Make sauce while boiling spaghetti.

In this case, the mixing order is apple juice -> sugar -> chopped garlic -> vinegar -> sesame oil -> red pepper paste -> red pepper powder -> sesame seeds.

It was originally made of green plum syrup instead of apple juice, but it was replaced by apple juice because it was hard to get it in the UK.

3. Rinse boiled spaghetti in cold water.

4. Mix noodles and sauce well.

5. finish!

If you have an Asian market nearby or have a Korean market and you can get Korean ingredients, I recommend you try it.

People who have tasted it will think about it every summer.
